Nine of Swords

This one I found a little tricky. More for the sense of how I might interpret it and explain what it means.

I nearly instantly thought of anxiety and depression. But we’re not doctors and your client isn’t going to want to hear this.

It should be more used as to ask them why they might be feeling like that, instead of saying ‘you are depressed’!

But it can relate to self confidence, over thinking and past troubles (which is what it meant for me when I was giving a reading).

Words like guilt, worry and being overwhelmed by feelings also come to mind. Maybe it’s sleepless nights (again I can relate to!).
